This policy covers the RentGurus rental-car search plugin in ChatGPT and Codex, operated by RentGurus.

The plugin searches and compares rental offers. Reservations and payments take place on our website and are covered by the website privacy policy. OpenAI handles information under its own applicable policies.

2. Information we process

• Pickup and return locations, rental dates and times, driver age, country of residence, currency and vehicle preferences.

The default cache validity is 30 minutes. Expired entries become unavailable and are removed when subsequently accessed or during cache cleanup triggered by new searches. Cached entries are also removed when the server process stops. Expiry does not guarantee immediate removal from memory.
